Your account and learning

JewishLearning.app stores the account details you provide, your saved learning plans, and the progress you record. These are used to provide your learning workspace. Authorized administrators can access account and plan information to operate the service and provide support.

Payments

Payment details are entered with the payment provider at checkout. The application keeps order, invoice, subscription, and credit records so it can manage access and downloads.

Sign-in and security

Session cookies keep you signed in and help protect forms. Passwords are stored as hashes. Account security features include two-factor authentication and passkeys. Security and operational records help maintain the service.

Learning sources

Published learning schedules and catalogue information use external sources, including Hebcal and Sefaria. Jewish date conversion can use the Jewish Cosmology API.

Contact messages

When you contact us, we save your name, email address, topic and message for authorized administrators to provide support. The contact inbox encrypts names, email addresses and message bodies in its database. We also record whether a notification email was accepted by our mail provider. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the form against spam.
